NFL Players Party

Aptly named, "The Super Bowl of all Parties," the NFL Players Party in 2001 was an over-the-top experience with an elite guest list. The annual exclusive party is frequented by current and former NFL players, as well as celebrities. Guests enjoy VIP treatment, entertainment, gourmet catering, gaming, and much more all in a lush, inviting atmosphere.

Grand Events Description: Grand Events spared no expense when it came to the NFL Players Party in 2001. All guests left impressed, as Grand Events designed concepts to transform both the indoor and outdoor spaces of an historic 4-story building in downtown Tampa. The five-day set produced unparalleled results, as Grand Events was given creative license to make all decisions, from site selection to event clean-up. Inside, rooms featured custom fabric treatments, themed seating groupings, a working 7th three-tier fountain, linens, live native foliage, and custom carpeting. An existing bar was completely refurbished to suit the theme of the event. Outside, Grand Events brought in tents and staging, entertainers, lighting and projection screens, and even more palms and plants enclosing guests in the tropical feel. Custom signage for the Players Club was prominently displayed in all areas of the venue. Attendees were impressed even more as Grand Events contracted Mohammed Ali's Fight Doctor, Ferdie Pacheco. His original artwork was displayed throughout the venue, and he was also on hand to sign copies of his new book. The three-day event was home to numerous press events and several parties, and the décor and set-up was equipped to deal with both styles of gatherings.
